I wanted to let you know the of the tremendous customer service I have experienced with my agent, Tina Duncan. I totaled my Toyota Rav 4 on the eve of April 28th between Peru and Wabash. I was on my way to see my brother, who had just been placed in hospice at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne and not expected to live till morning. I called Tina after hours and crying letting her know what had just occurred. Tina immediately told me it was going to be okay and reassured me she would get right on this. She also asked if I had a way to Fort Wayne to see my brother. Tina has gone above and beyond what I could have imagined. She got right on the claim; made sure I got a rental car even when rentals were in short supply. Tina has followed up and checked on me numerous times. She checked in to see how I was doing after the loss of my brother. I am beyond grateful for such kindness, compassion and dedication!! In my opinion, Blevins is blessed to have such a wonderful agent!! Well done, Tina Duncan!!! I have told so many already about the great service I have received with Blevins and Tina Duncan!!
